Paris Games Week is in full swing and there have been some exciting, if vague, announcements. We don’t have a whole lot of detail on most of the games and consoles discussed, however, the information we have been given is enough to get games fans across the UK excited. Here are some things of note:

• PS4 and VR are both going to be getting some strong releases in future. A lot of focus was put on VR technology and what it could be capable of.
• Spelunky is getting a sequel. It will be released on PS4 and will continue the adventures of the popular character. So far though, there is no hint of a release date.
• A game called Erica is coming to PlayLink. This will allow compatible PS4 games to be controlled using a smartphone.
• Megalith is coming to PSVR. Control titans to win power and become a God in this new virtual reality game.
